l7mm Terms & Conditions

1 General Definitions

This document is a legally binding agreement between all players ("you" / "user") who use the l7mm platform ("service") and the platform. Accessing the l7mm website, registering an account, or using the service in any way confirms that you fully agree to these terms.

If you do not agree to this agreement, do not continue using the service. The terms in this document should be read together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

2 Account Opening and Registration

2.1 Individual Accounts

Each player may register only once. Opening multiple accounts under one identity is strictly prohibited. If this is found to have occurred, one or all accounts may be closed and any remaining balances may be forfeited.

2.2 Providing Accurate Information

The name, date of birth, and contact details provided at registration must be accurate and up to date. This information will be checked for a match during payment verification, and if it does not match, withdrawal access may be withheld.

2.3 Account Security

Never share your account password with any third party. All activity carried out on the account is the sole responsibility of the registered user. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact [email protected] immediately.

3 Age Restriction

This platform is open only to players who are 21 years of age or older. Age verification is carried out at registration. If a player is found to have registered with a false date of birth and is under 21, their account will be closed and all remaining funds will be forfeited. This is part of our child protection and responsible gaming policy.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposits

Available deposit methods are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 3,000 Ks. Deposit amounts will go through a verification check that may vary in line with operational changes.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours from the time of request. The withdrawal method must match the method used for the deposit, and using a different method may trigger an additional compliance check.

4.3 Restrictions

Before withdrawing funds received from a bonus, you must first meet the specified wagering requirement. Requesting a withdrawal before this requirement is met will result in the bonus funds and any winnings earned from the bonus being forfeited.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% bonus of up to 100,000 Ks is available on the first deposit. To withdraw this bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• The bonus is available once per registered player, per household.
• The bonus funds must be used within the specified time period after the initial deposit is made.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash immediately — they can only be converted to cash once the specified wagering requirement is met.
• For card games (such as Baccarat and Blackjack), there may be game types where play with a bonus does not count toward wagering calculations — check the promotion terms and conditions.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any winnings associated with it may be forfeited.

6 Players' Responsibilities

Every player using l7mm's services must fulfil the following responsibilities—

• Keep your account login credentials secure at all times.
• Only use your own payment methods — do not use another person's payment method.
• Do not use any bots, automated scripts, or manipulation methods during gameplay.
• Manage your own gambling spending and act in accordance with the Responsible Gaming policy.
• Do not open an account on behalf of a third party or allow a third party to play on your account.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited while using the service—

• Making illegal payments such as money laundering
• Intentionally abusing the bonus system (bonus abuse)
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes using software or technical methods
• Using the platform for investment or money-making purposes
• Threatening, insulting, or harassing other players or staff
• Attempting to bypass service restrictions using a VPN or proxy

If any of these prohibitions are found to have been violated, the account may be closed immediately, remaining balances forfeited, and further legal action may be taken.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Closure by the Player

If a player wishes to close their account voluntarily, they may contact [email protected] to submit a request. Any remaining balance will be verified and paid out before the account is closed.

8.2 Suspension by the Platform

The platform may suspend an account for any of the following reasons—

• Violation of these terms and conditions
• Suspicion of irregular financial activity or fraud
• Access detected from a region where the service is restricted
• Player found to be under 21 years of age

9 Privacy and Data Protection

l7mm protects players' personal information using SSL encryption technology. You can read details about the data collected on the platform and how it is used in the Privacy Policy.

Players' payment information is never shared externally and is used solely for processing payments. No personal data is sold to third parties for advertising purposes.

10 Limitation of Liability

This platform cannot be held responsible for financial losses resulting from gambling decisions made by players themselves. What we provide is a secure and fair gaming environment — game outcomes cannot be guaranteed in advance.

In cases where winnings are lost due to technical issues (server downtime, network connectivity), we will investigate and make every effort to provide a fair resolution, but we will not bear primary responsibility for games that were in progress at the time of a service outage.

11 Changes to Terms

l7mm reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and the "Last Updated" date will be updated. If players continue to use the platform after changes are made, they will be considered to have accepted those changes.
